so i’m going on a detox. mainly cause i’m a fatass and i’d like to not be a fatass anymore. so here it is, attempt #23094 to do this right - my fit day! so what does this detox consist of? we’ll i’m going vegan again. and i’m not having any coffee. I would like to say all caffeine but i can’t tell what tea has it and what doesn’t. So far I am starving.
I’m also reading Skinny Bitch - god i hate that book. yet i am reading it anyway, along with the 4 other books i’ve started. so i’m motivated, i’m ready to start training again. woo hoo!… yuck i want a grilled cheese. bad.
