It took me years to figure out how to make my cookies look like cookie store cookies, but your preferred 'slightly crispy on the outside and slightly gooey in the middle' makes my mouth water. So yours is the next cookie recipe I try. Although, being a diabetic, I may try it with one substitution: using Splenda (granulated) in place of the granulated sugar. Thanks. Looks great!
