Lovely post Maggie! I agree that this does take a bit of extra time, but it’s sooo worth it. And thos yummy veggies are starting at me and saying “eat me!” LOL

Is that it? Are you sure…? I always thought french onion meant labourous hrs over the stove where you shrink something like 5 lbs of onions to make a small cup (excuse my ratios I am sure they are off). This dip looks absolutely do-able- I think it faster than going to the nearest store and buying that packaged soup powder.
