You should try spreading the dulce de leche along the sides of the cookies, and then rolling them over coconut, it’s delish!

I use to ask for cooked condensed milk (doce de leite) all the time when I was a kid in Brazil. It was (is) my favorite sweet treat. And with cookies wow even better. Definitely trying to make them. Thanks.
