Wow! These look delicious! And I completely understand the stress and sadness of moving. I recently moved to Damascus, Syria and am living in a hotel for the next 2 months while I wait for my stuff to arrive and find an apartment. Lots of inspiration around, but nothing to cook with…
The worst part? I am now DYING for one of these cookies, and still have at least 1.5 months to go before I can try to make them! Boo!

Aww…I know how stressful moving can be. Soon enough you’ll have your normal routine back. But from what you had in the pantry, you made some really delicious cookies. Now, I feel like baking cookies at 10:45pm.
