		<description>I did a quickie version of this tonight, with some thin sliced beef round tip steak caps. I marinated them just an hour, then grilled them quickly, then sliced into strips for burritos. They came out great but I can see extra marinating time would make them even better!  Thanks for the recipe!</description>

		<description>Fantastic! I just pulled a flank steak from the freezer and this inspires me to make something spicy! I've used tequila in marinades as well -- a little prone to boozy flareups on the grill, but it adds nice flavor!</description>
