This recipe should make about 12-16 cookies depending on how big you make your scoops. It’ll be a great hit at a cookie exchange! I made these again recently, perfect for the holidays.

These look amazing! I love baked goods with pumpkin spice and the glaze makes me think of my favorite pumpkin scones at Starbucks which I don’t get anymore because I took one look at the calorie count and was scared away. I think making something like this, which is smaller and definitely better than mass-produced scones, will be a tasty way to solve a craving!
