Yup just roll out the dough into about 1 cm thick sheet. Cut to fit your pot or dish size and place on top. Don’t forget the eggy wash!

Hello, I am not familiar with puff pastry in a sheet, but rather a block. Do you suggest rolling it out and then cutting to size? What would be the thickness? Thank you, Linda

I’ve been looking for chicken pot pie recipe since my family is kinda craving for it. (not turkey though cos our thxgiving in canada was over long time ago ) Your recipe seems to be very interesting to cook with turkey gravy. Must be super flavorful.
